Kate's Shower Pictures

For those of you who regularly check in to see what's going on with Kate I know you must think Jean-Marie and I have been slacking this week. Quite the contrary. Slowly but surely we've been populating Kate's Photo Album (see it under Links in the left navigation bar) with pictures from Kate's Baby Shower. We're up to 83 pictures right now. More may be added if any more disposable cameras suddenly appear, which is likely. If you've already seen some of the pictures, the new ones have been added to the back end of the gallery. So it might be a good idea to start with the last picture and move backwards.

Jean-Marie had such a wonderful time at the shower, although at times she admitted to feeling a little overwhelmed. Not only is it hard for either of us to understand how a teeny weenie baby would need so much stuff, but the pre-birth celebration and the many gifts really brought the point home that we're having a baby...a little girl...Kate... in about 6 weeks...and we'll be parents...Kate's parents...and she'll depend on us for everything....in about 6 weeks.

A BIG BIG BIG thank you goes to Christina for pulling off such a marvelous celebration and making Jean-Marie feel so special about her upcoming role as mother...to Kate...our beautiful baby girl...due to make her appearance in about 6 weeks. :-) Enjoy the pictures from the shower!
