Mimi, the Mall and the Easter Bunny

Today we visited Mimi and headed out to the local mall to go on the really cool kiddie rides and to see the Easter Bunny. Kate, of course, had a blast. She loves the "rides," especially the train, and couldn't wait to see the Easter Bunny.

As terrified as Kate is of Santa Claus, it's a wonder how much she loves the Easter Bunny. I guess there's something more appealing and less frightening about a cute, costumed character than a big, scary, bearded man in a red suit. The mall Bunny may not talk, but Kate seemed to have some sort of non-verbal communication going on with him. She would've stood there forever with him if I didn't take her by the hand and walk her away. Kate was just completely enamored with him.
